Food Vendors: At this stage we are only accepting expressions of interest and not guaranteeing placement of certain menu’s. Once we know more we will put out the call. Email pare@downtimenz.com

  • INDOOR TRADE SITES (POWERED)

    • Cost: $350 + GST per site. 3m x 6m.
    • Duration: 2 days
    • Pack In Date: Friday 10th September 2021
    • Pack In Time: 3:00pm to 7.30pm Please note all trade stands must pack in on Friday as entrants will be packing in on Saturday Morning as well
    • We highly recommend having some form of crowd control barriers, tape etc if you are wanting your stand to only have people in certain areas.
    • Pack Out: Sunday 12th September 2021 5.00pm to 9.00pm Important: All rubbish must be taken away and site must be left clean. Cleaning fees will apply if required. Please also ensure your site is secure at all times during event hours.
    • Fees include 2 x staff weekend Passes per site. Each extra weekend pass required can be purchased at the gate on the day for $40 or $90 at the gate on the day for weekend pass and camping.

    OUTDOOR TRADE SITES (NON POWERED)

    • Cost: $150 + GST per site. 3m x 6m
    • Duration: 2 days
